God Tier (PVP season 12)

Quick Sliver (Blue suit scrapper) - with Aggresive Empowered ISO-8: Offensive fighter.
L1 on infiltrator (if possible) and keep hitting that, say thank you when Time Displacement procs.
Once you obtain 4 quickness charges, hit those mofo's with L9 and stun 1 (meh), 2 (better), 3 (GG).

Side note - Generalist suit can also be viable.

Best team-ups:
Juggernaut - use L9.
Thor (Mighty suit) with Dynamic Empowered ISO-8 - Bigger chance to hit those electrical shots since quick attacks A LOT.
Thor (Modern suit) - Let quick drain half the team's HP, follow with L9 (GG).


Juggernaut - Start with L9, go with L2 if enemy has shields, L1 otherwise (stun if lucky). Once you hit 3 momentum charges, go with L6 preferably on heavy hitters (pretty much guaranteed kill).

Side note - works amazing vs psychic enemies (and of course scrappers).

Best team-ups:
Quick Silver - boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew.
Kitty pride (shadow cat suit) - gains the momentum advantage.


Thor (Modern suit blaster) - L6 followed by L9 (1 shots glass cannon teams and bruisers).

Best team-ups:
Hulk (WWII suit) - adds the war frenzy bonus for that offensive edge.
Quick Silver - since quick goes first, by the time you hit that L9 the other team's HP will already be devastated.
